Evergreen, government-backed pre-seed+ fund managed by Future Planet Capital. It invests in UK science and public-sector research spinouts across deep tech, including fusion, space, defence & security, engineering biology, clean energy and healthcare. A June 2026 top-up of £33.25m (UKAEA £20m, UK Space Agency £9.25m, MoD £4m) raised total capacity to £150m, and the fund reports £55.7m deployed across 123 companies.
